Can I place an order to be shipped outside of India?

Currently, our services are only limited to regions of India but soon will let you know when will start to cater international orders.

When will my order dispatches and gets delivered?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Delivery typically takes 1–7 days after dispatch, depending on our logistics partners. Please note that deliveries generally do not occur on Sundays. In rare cases, delays may happen due to natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon your order, logistics partner availability and the delivery location.

Can I modify / cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by the consumer at any point of time prior to dispatch basically within 24 hours. Post dispatch order can’t be cancelled. However, once an order has been successfully placed, modifications including changes of the delivery address, payment method, or order quantity will not be accommodated. To make any changes, the existing order must be cancelled, and a fresh new order needs to be placed, provided the order status has not been changed to Dispatched/Shipped.

In the event that your order is delayed or cannot be delivered for any reason, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your delivery and provide any necessary updates. Or else you can reach out to us using our support channels.

What should I do if I want to return my product?

No, refunds or exchanges is not possible once products have been successfully delivered and accepted as the order placed by consumer. For damaged, expired, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@fkconsumers.com or +91-8828337995. While returning make sure products must be sealed and unopened.

Yes, Cash On Delivery (COD) is available; however, a nominal fee of ₹49 will be applied to the order total.
