Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in cases where an incorrect item has been delivered. In such instances, the item must remain unopened and be returned to us. A replacement or refund will then be issued.

All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

The company will not issue a refund to the original payment method for customers who refuse delivery or attempt to return a shipment. Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information voids our guarantee. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel your order, please contact our support team by sending an email to support@fkconsumers.com or calling +91-8828337995, and provide your order number.

If we receive a cancellation request after the order has already been processed and is ready for dispatch stage, the order cannot be cancelled. Rozvaan has full discretion to determine whether an order has been processed. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rozvaan.

If your order does not reach you within 10 days of confirmation, or if there is any manufacturing defect in the product, you will be entitled to a full refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Company's Right to Cancel an Order

At Rozvaan, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, there may be situations that require us to cancel an order. Below are the conditions under which we reserve the right to cancel any order, including but not limited to the following:

1. Product Unavailability

We aim to keep our product listings accurate and updated. However, a product may occasionally be out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable.

  • Action: If a product is unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify you within 24 - 48 hours via email or message and offer an alternative or a full refund.
  • Refund: A full refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

2. Pricing or Product Description Errors

Despite our best efforts, typographical, system, or supplier errors may result in incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Action: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for such items, even if payment has been processed.
  • Customer Notification: You will be informed of the error, and any incorrect charges will be reversed. You may reorder the item at the correct price if available.

3. Payment Issues or Fraudulent Activity

Your order may be cancelled if:

  • Payment is unsuccessful or declined.
  • The transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or fails our security checks (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping details).

Action: We will contact you for verification. If verification is not possible within a reasonable time, the order will be cancelled and any charges would be refunded to original payment method.

4. Shipping Address Issues

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Unverifiable Address: If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Out of Service Area: If the location is not serviceable by our logistics partners.

Action: We will attempt to resolve the issue with you. If not possible, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Bulk or Unauthorized Reselling Orders

We may cancel orders that appear to be for bulk purchasing or unauthorized resale, including:

  • In-case of bulk order kindly fill the bulk order inquiry form under the bulk order tab.
  • Orders exceeding reasonable personal-use quantities.
  • Orders violating our terms and conditions or local regulations.

Action: The customer will be notified, and the order will be cancelled with a full refund to original payment method or store credit.

6. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions) may prevent us from fulfilling your order.

Action: You will be notified, and a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Failure to Provide Required Information

For certain orders, we may request additional information or verification. If the customer fails to provide the requested details within a reasonable timeframe:
